My cat was hit by a car. A neighbour recommended I take him here, as it was late at night and I was absolutely inconsolable. Absolutely amazing!! After waiting over 2 hours at another emergency vet, I called Metro and was told to come right over. The staff were incredibly compassionate & caring! && the price was sooo fair. Hopefully we won’t have to go back, but they will definitely be my first call if another emergency ever presents itself. Thankyou ladies! ♥️

Took Nala there after she had a seizure, they took really good care of her very pleasant experience from the front desk staff to the girls working out back! Was met by Dr. Maria Compton very informative and thoughtful and caring! Had to take her back again at night due to another seizure she spent the night and dealt with Dr. Taylor Whitcombe once again very caring and took the time to deal with us and explain all the details in a caring and compassionate way even tho they were extremely busy. i had a medical emergency with my cat at almost midnight tonight, and when i called for advice/to see if i should bring him in, the lady on the phone literally word for word told me ‘not to take care of it myself because i could injure my cat, but don’t come there because they are VERY busy tonight and an exam costs $198 alone’. what a wonderful clinic and thing to say to someone who is crying on the phone having a medical emergency with their pet, stressed out. would never ever recommend this place ever. actually gonna spre... read more
