The team at the metro are incredibly caring and compassionate when I had to make the heartbreaking decision to let my dog go . They guided me through the process with kindness, patience, and understanding, making a very difficult day a little easier. I am truly grateful for the care they showed both me and my little dog jakey♥️
The staff at this place don’t take life threatening situations seriously at all! My roommate’s cat is currently stuck with a suspected bladder blockage because the circus at this location refused to adequately treat their cat despite being told to come in and that this was an emergency, after a 1.5 hour drive. Not only that but the conditions inside were pretty awful — emergency surgeries on dogs should not be visible to passersby. Horrible experience for my friends kitty. Had to take him to a different vet to be seen! Shame on y’all for not taking the time to fully examine a poor kitty and sent him home.
Could not be more happy with Dr. Deveau's expertise. She gave a prompt diagnosis and recommendations. My cat is doing significantly better. I have great appreciation for Dr. Deveau's knowledge, assessment skills, and the care provided. Thank you.
