I called about my tenant who got locked out of his apt in the middle of the night and the customer service person who picked up the phone was SO rude I couldn’t believe it. He told me it would be $250 for the service fee. The technician came 20 mins and was nice but he wasn’t able to pick the lock and ended up having to drill a hole through the lock which required us to get a new one and they ended up charging us $485 for this trip. This price just seems so exorbitant even for an emergency overnight locksmith trip.

The way your technician was driving NB on I35E at 640am this morning, I wouldn't hire this company to rekey a toy tractor. Consider training your drivers to be a bit more professional on the roads.
