TLDR: If you’re not commercial they won’t help you. They’re not interested in assisting old properties acquired for your information. If you want a better system use Ubiquiti products, they are used by my major manufacturers for entry systems, lock access, security systems, and most of all the best WiFi system on the market. I called about my tenant who got locked out of his apt in the middle of the night and the customer service person who picked up the phone was SO rude I couldn’t believe it. He told me it would be $250 for the service fee. The technician came 20 mins and was nice but he wasn’t able to pick the lock and ended up having to drill a hole through the lock which required us to get a new one and they ended up charging us $485 for this trip. This price just seems so exorbitant even for an emergency overnight locksmith trip.
