Bad service, Bought a new home they didn’t charge up the ac. They came back to secure the ac down and told them make sure it’s all charged up, service tech everything looks good. Hot day arrived we put it on and it was cycling on low refrigerant. Liquid service valve was open, Vapour service valve was closed. Had to get another company to verify everything was ok. Don’t use this company !!

It was a seamless AC installation experience with Valerie helping me out throughout the process. She not only helped me to choose the right product but also clarified my numerous queries.
