I DO NOT recommend this Company. The owner Darren D****** does not care about the Customer. He took over the previous Business, Colonial Mechanical. I was with Colonial for several years. When I had issues with my AC drainline, Colonial was able to take care of it, no problem. However, when the Tech come out to clear the drain on Tues, the drain was not completely cleared, as the AC stopped working on Wed within 24 hours. I do not recommend Metro Air. This was the worst customer service experience I have had with a service provider. I scheduled a $99 service call because my HVAC was not cooling. The rep came out and said he wanted to first cool down the compressor because it was hot. He hung my garden hose over the compressor and let the water run for a long while and said that the compressor was not cooling down and he didn't know what the issue was. Then he said I might just need a new HVAC. He called his headquarters for a quote for a new ... read more

Had new AC installed last week. This company is amazing, from coming out to giving me an estimate with 3 options from me to choose from, did not push more than I would need for my home. Arrived on time to do the install, cleaned up, very professional. I highly recommend this company.

We called for service early Sept. Technician came out said possoble leak. Cant find it but we will add freon. 3 hrs of his time and freon the technician had to come out again within 30 minutes. Yes your thermostats broken. Another 145. Are you serious. A 500. Problem fixed witthin that time frame and you beleive 80.00 will justify it. We certainly dont want hand outs but Metro air dont you think your smart technician should have called a broken thermostat before calling a leak he couldnt find? 3 hrs later over 500 for a brok... read more

We have been customers of Metro Air for over 17 years and refer everyone we know to this caring family business! It's so nice to know that we get to deal directly with the owner and his hand-picked service men. They are very honest and I trust them to do right by me. Love our Trane system!!
