Had new AC installed last week. This company is amazing, from coming out to giving me an estimate with 3 options from me to choose from, did not push more than I would need for my home. Arrived on time to do the install, cleaned up, very professional. I highly recommend this company.

We called for service early Sept. Technician came out said possoble leak. Cant find it but we will add freon. 3 hrs of his time and freon the technician had to come out again within 30 minutes. Yes your thermostats broken. Another 145. Are you serious. A 500. Problem fixed witthin that time frame and you beleive 80.00 will justify it. We certainly dont want hand outs but Metro air dont you think your smart technician should have called a broken thermostat before calling a leak he couldnt find? 3 hrs later over 500 for a brok... read more

We have been customers of Metro Air for over 17 years and refer everyone we know to this caring family business! It's so nice to know that we get to deal directly with the owner and his hand-picked service men. They are very honest and I trust them to do right by me. Love our Trane system!!
They brand-new air conditioner installed. Jeremy was awesome. They we're all very professional. They came in in one day and finish the same day and when they left you never would have known they were had been here. I would recommend them to anyone looking and honest and professional company that stands behind their product.

Awesome service. My air stopped putting out cool air and my asthma was really bothering me. The owners son was at my house in an hour and found the problem right away !!! Unfortunately it was a freon leak and he was able to weld the spot however freon is very costly but he was willing to work with us. Bless this family. They have a heart of Gold!!!
