I was driving from Cincinnati to Chippewa Lake when my car started smoking right before the Mt. Pleasant exit. A friend recommended Metro 25, so I had the car towed there late Friday. The guys knew I needed the car back by Sunday to get home, which meant they had a day to find the parts and get it fixed up. I was a little worried about what I would be charged considering the quick turnaround I needed, and was thrilled when they came in below what I was quoted. Metro 25 had great customer services. They made sure that they had the parts for my brakes before saying they could do the job. They explain the difference between the quotes prices, for the two brake pads. I was very happy with them. I have never had a bad experience with Metro 25.
