RecommendedDesi Coleman is one of the wonderful trainers at Metro KC Fitness. Joined the 12 week slimdown June 2020 and saw great results training with her. My self confidence improved as well as my physical appearance and fitness skills. Received amazing guideance and attention from her throughout the program that I would definitely recommend training with her for life changing results.
I signed up for the slim down with desi Coleman three months ago honestly not knowing what i was getting myself into 😂 but excited to make a change! The beginning was hard, I felt like giving up on myself but I always had someone there pushing me to keep going & that of course was my trainer desi! I love metro kc fitness because they are very affordable! Staff is also very friendly and helpful and the locations are all easily accessible. I’ve just started going to the gym again and I know I made the right choice !
Perfect size gym with plenty of space and machines or free weights! Always super clean and never too crowded!

This Gym is great and super clean! I love that it is 24/7 so i can workout whenever i want too and really helpful staff.
Metro is hands down the best gym I have ever been to and Cesar is all about his members. He makes everyone feel welcome and he is willing to take the time to talk to everyone, no matter how busy he is. Keep up the great work Cesar!
