I’ve been a member of MetroKC for three moths now, specifically training with Desi, and it’s been great! Staff is always kind and they create a welcoming environment. Training with Desi in specific has been life changing. Through her individualized training and feedback, I’ve met many personal health goals and some. For Desi, training and eating right is much more than results, and through her, you will learn how to apply this mentality to your own life!

I signed up to be a member of the gym in the beginning of this summer and did Desi Coleman’s summer slim down program. I can say her program was worth it. She has a great program and is an awesome trainer. This gym is great you feel welcomed the people who work there are very friendly, a much better experience than any other gym I have been to
I love it! very affordable !!! really hoping this location stays open !!! Staff is amazing too.. thanks for the tips on the weights!
