Mayam who just started her shift got me a nice big container of the fresh broccoli salad that we love so much. Mayam understands her customers and her product. She made my day and I know my family will enjoy the delicious salad that she packed for us. Mayam even covered it in plastic wrap so nothing would leak out. You’re amazing, thank you.
Very disappointed with my experience at this Metro bakery. There was a clearly advertised “Bakery Event Mix & Match 6/$14” deal, but I was charged around $35 instead of the correct price, which should have been about $28. I only realized after getting home and had to waste my time coming back to the store just to get a refund. The bakery employee was rude and dismissive, basically saying “you forgot, I forgot,” instead of handling the situation professionally. The store supervisor apologized, but that was it.
