Poor customer service. They may stop selling parts if part defective and you wanna to exchange it.
Besides that Dirk guy being a real pain in the butt Metric is one of my favorite part stores. I can't remember the last time they did not have the part I needed.
Best source for import auto parts in the Twin Cities. Great staff, good in-stock position for most parts and a general can do, willing to help others, attitude. Family owned Minnesota small business with deliveries to local shops throughout the metro area.
