I cancelled a home owners policy on 11/15/2021. They have not yet mailed my $425.00 refund, 30 days later.
Nothing against Menifee, I have never had insurance with them. The agent they are directing you to though never got back to us after he said he would activate our policy that day. He also took down our credit card and my husbands social security number on a folder. He said he would scratch it out after he used it. He is unreliable. Find a different agent!
