Not sure if this place employs real people or just another fraud waiting to be exposed I have been trying to collect on a deceased relatives life insurance policy for over 3 years and haven't gotten a response from anyone glad I'm personally not a customer
They need to be shut down and all the employees minds wiped, by far the worst experience of my life is trying to talk to the representatives of this company. You guys should be ashamed. They say they are trying to help that they care, don't even patronize us stop saying it if your people can't live up to it. Re training on how to treat people is a must guys. Time to grow up.
Don't use MetLife if you actually want a live person to return a phone call promptly (or at all).
