This company is a scam. They took my $750 for a tool I ordered online through them. And that's the last I heard. I have emailed, left voice mails and tried to contact them through social media. No response. This is not a legitimate business. Their Grande Prairie location has multiple addresses listed, both of which are just houses in bad neighborhoods. Can’t get ahold of these people, we Refurbish boats and were looking to place a large order, however it’s been over a week of trying to both call and email with nothing in response at both locations, so we’re bringing our business back to Carzilla. I can’t image if we ordered and had some sort of issue being ghosted like this. Their name ‘Meticulous’ definitely does not pertain to their customer service
Very big inventory, owner could recommend some good stuff for every specific job. He also do aircraft detailing so guy is very expirienced. Its also possible to pickup without delivery, which will be fastes way to buy your chemicals. He also do training and certification for ceramic coating that me and my friend was happy to attend. Best and only one, to be honest, local suppliers on the island. Definitely could recommend, dont be fooled by bad reviews, this is very good supplier.
This company stole $400 from me. I never received my order, and they kept lying about the shipment. They are outright scammers. Do NOT trust them or their website—they are thieves!
After 2.5 months the order was not delivered, just promises and explanation that so much was going wrong, supply chain broke etc. Had to cancel it and get my money back. Do not recommend.
