Excellent service. Great website. Very easy to navigate and get what I need.
I ordered 3 gallons of polish and out of those, 2 gallons of polish were manufactured in 2020 (2 year shelf life so 3 years expired). One had even leaked and was dry and cakey. Not a big deal in itself. Darren sent replacement product and said he would issue a return label. I waited. Followed up after a week and didn't hear back. After a month I figured it was fair to assume they didn't need it sent back and I tossed the one that leaked and held onto the other one as a back up. If there's a misunderstanding, professional is a 0/10 for these guys. Pretty disappointing experience. Ordered lots of equipment though these guys(2k~), until we got the wrong pad size. Guy trys to tell us 130mm is a 3" pad (a 3" pad is 80mm-100mm) and that it's "rupes standard" even when rupes website says nothing about 130mm. Bro needs to update his website sizing, super misleading. I would give more stars except the conversation I had with the gentleman was extremely unprofessional.
Darren is phenomenal! He knows his products very well, the Products are always as listed. Definitely goes above and beyond when it comes to educating you about the products. Won’t pick any where else to get my detailing supplies
2nd edit after the company’s reply to mine: I didn’t see the need to respond to any of the comments that were made because the statements were so substantially false that I was certain the company was speaking about someone else. I see instead that they’ve opted for the libellous route well over a year after I posted the original review.
