Meticulous Detailing has been, by far, the best detailing experience I've ever had. The name says it all - if you want your car detailed meticulously - they're your guys! Professional, reliable, and they get the job done right!
Terrible customer service. I made an appointment for 11am yesterday. When I came to pick up my car at 5pm, my car had not been washed so they asked mE to bring it the next morning. I brought it this morning, told them to call me when they are done. By 3pm I had not heard anything. Their phone number goes to a voicemail so you can not contact them. Dwayne and Kyle both did wonderful jobs and would merit 5 stars but they should disclose that you'll have to pay at least $7 extra for parking even though you're just getting a car wash inside the garage (Four Seasons location). If you don't mind the extra fee, the convenience is nice. However, I'll be going to a different location from now on.
The customer service is the best, very professional. They did an outstanding job on my car.
