Customer service and the quality of the "detail" (car wash) left a lot to be desired. The owner asked that I bring it back so that he could touch up the areas that were missed the first time, and I did, but they rely on sub-par methods, materials, and products. I had high hopes from this place based on their reviews, but I think most of their customers just get a car wash while they're at work and are thrilled with that. Had our 2 vehicles detailed yesterday with Brian and Rocky. They arrived at our home early and did a fabulous job. Cars smell and look SO amazing! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

They were at my house to full detail 2 of my vehicles and outside and wax 2 other vehicles. They didn’t touch the wheel wells, rims still dirty, and doesn’t feel like a touch of wax. I just paid $520 in 2 hours for half ass glorified car washes. That’s what you get when it takes 2 hours for 4 vehicles, my last detailer had 2 guys on 1 vehicle over 4 hours. I would not recommend them, run it through the car wash and save your money. The only reason it got 2 stars is because the guys were friendly.
Now I did buy the cheapest package, but it was clear it wasn't checked Over after it dried. Lots of salt remained! Missed my 2 front wheels! But put tire shine on 3! If I'm going to pay someone to wash my vehicle. I expect it to be better than this.
I have been using Meticulous Detailing for years now! Although there was a scheduling mistake, they were very accommodating, polite, and had great customer service skills! It's like a facelift for you vehicle, meanwhile the convenience of them being a mobile company is awesome! James is the best detailed ever!!! He freaking rocks. He removed alll of the dog hair, even cleaned my trunk and not to mention the fact that he got all of the little scratches to just disappear. I am infatuated with Meticulous Detailing!!!!
