We arrived at 9:08pm and they close at 10:00 but they told us they were at an hour wait and we would have to go somewhere else. My issue with this: there were 2 cars in the parking lot, there was no one in the waiting room, they had no idea what we needed seen for, their open light was on on their street sign.
Thought we’d try this location and never ever again. At check in she told us about an 20 min wait. Only 2 people in front of us. So far it’s been a 2 hour wait and still haven’t seen a doctor. Brought us to the room and said 20 min. Been in the room an hour so far. Back to CHI quick care it is. Never waited more than 30 min there. Now I have to drive all over town for an open pharmacy. This location isn’t efficient at all
Love this place for Urgent care. They get you in right away and the doctor explains things very well. They're kind from beginning to end of your visit. Very nice facility as well!
Don't waste your time. Not equipt to diagnose problem
Do not recommend this urgent care at all. If and only if you must go here at the very least request to see a provider by the name of Emily. She is phenomenal. Apart from that steer clear.
