Professional and quick service.
They got me in and out for my MRI before my scheduled appointment time. I would give 5 stars if they actually provided any ADA compliant van accessible parking spaces. They have no ADA compliant van accessible parking. All of the access isles are the small ones, and all accessible parking spaces are regularly sizes spaces. They have blue painted lines and wheelchair symbols, but no "accessible parking only" signs at any of their accessible parking spaces. The parking lot is not up to ADA parking regulations.
The Radiology tech that checked me in, took me in early so I would not have to wait too long. She was extremely kind and very good at her job. She explained everything as she was doing it. 5 star service!
The woman at registration was very helpful and pleasant, as I needed to update my insurance information. She also checked with me on my way out to make sure everything went ok. The Xray technician was awesome. I remembered her from last year as I had a good experience then as well.
They are very kind and caring and so nice I wish all offices were like them
