I had a good experience with them 2022 I had my son few days after had complications with my BP they took good care of me .my OBGYN was very Good he did all to keep my baby and I safe God bless him, my only regret he is no longer there DR Peter I don't know where to go for my next adventure.
One of the receptionists for my regular appointments for my pregnancy called me today to reschedule an appointment I had missed with my OB. She gave very condescending and hurtful answers to my questions about the appointment. I live far away from the hospital without a vehicle and had just gotten ride services set up with the help of one of the nurses and this receptionist made me feel like I was ignorant and didn't think the health of my baby was important. Went To an OB/GYN appointment for my first baby appointment and they couldn’t find anything but I was pregnant. They were worried about an ectopic pregnancy. Long story short I had lots of bleeding went to ER in Fremont. Much better care there. The nurses are great here and I’ll always recommend giving birth at women’s. The only thing I have an issue with, is the attitude of one of the receptionist in suite 1300. I believe her name is Maggie. Every time I’ve checked out with her, it’s been very unpleasant. I always greet her and I never get a response back. Shouldn’t it be the other way around, since she’s the receptionist and I’m the patient? She just sticks out her hand so I can give her the paper. Doesn’t even bother looking up at you.
