Prefect staff ! Cassie Dorr was my midwife 3 years ago and she was so lovely , helpful , understanding and I love her and her nurse Savannah down bad ! I miss them very much . Whenever I come back to Iowa they are the people who I want caring for me no exceptions ! lol buh no the staff is great as a whole
Do not go here! they try to stretch your time so that they can bill you much more money!! i went here for a wellness exam and they began discussing other things out of my control and now being sent a very large bill and even my insurance said I am basically being scammed!! I called to try to resolve it and was met with complete rudeness and told if i can’t afford my bill that’s not their problem. Will not be back here EVER again. Go ANYWHERE ELSE. This place has a reputation for a reason!!!
Scheduled for 1pm at South omaha location. They called 2 days prior saying if my appointment could be rescheduled to Council Bluffs location. I agreed to since I needed this appointment. Arrived at 12:45pm and it's 1:50 and I still have nog been seen. People who arrived after me were seen and have already left.
