Dr.Pacheco did not listen to my concerns or chief complaint. After waiting 6 hours and no check up from him or the nurse , He told me my burning pain in my stomach was more than likely due to greasy foods or spicy and to make better health choices. I never stated I had burning pain . I have been feeling lightheaded and have had a deep ache in my right upper abdomen radiating to my back . It feels like I've caught the flu or a bug. Auri on Imc floor at Methodist Midlothian she is an excellent PCT - very kind, profesional and experienced. Gives good showers too! She is definitely a “keeper”!
From the moment I walked into the ER until I was discharged four days later everyone was kind understanding and compassionate. Special shout out to the nurses on the fourth floor who were amazing My entire stay!
