I came to visit my aunt recently, and our nurse was amazing. Grayson C has the patience of Job! All while doing an amazing job clinically, she had a student nurse following her that has no business in any healthcare setting. I witnessed Grayson C continue to care for my aunt with grace and dignity, and exercise tremendous patience while precepting this person. I had a very disappointing experience at Methodist Midlothian Medical Center. Nurse Grayson C. was rude, unprofessional, and treated patients with disrespect. Based on what I witnessed, the behavior also appeared to be racially biased toward some patients. Everyone deserves to be treated with dignity, compassion, and fairness, regardless of their background. Absolutely had the worst experience. Grayson .C was the nurse and my family was highly disappointed in how she treated us. I will never return to this hospital!
