I'm having a c-section this Monday and I was supposed to receive a phone call to schedule my covid test which I have to have done 3 days prior to the procedure. Well as usual nothing. Now I'm scrambling around trying to figure out what to do. As usual shame on you Methodist shame on you.

I don’t see this excellent patient care you are talking about? And the receptionists at the ER need to give a little smile when a patient walks in or great them better or have some compassion when seeing sick patients walk in. I have been on hold for the last 40 minutes to speak to a nurse that is taking care of a family member and stil counting as I type this message!
The care I received from the staff was so amazing, each employee went above and beyond my expectations( from housekeeping, X-rays- Pt. Care).The entire staff was very patient/ professional, from the ER docs to the admitting physician ( awesome bedside manner with a listen ear)... Thxs MMMC for providing me with such unanimous care 🙏🏾🙏
Visited ER at Methodist Mansfield on May 25th and again on May 26th with extreme nerve pain in back and right arm. First trip received pain meds and sent me home. They declined to do further testing even though I told them I had an MRI scheduled for a later date. The second trip on the 26th,gave the pain med in ER,still declined MRI and declined to admit me to hospital. Very friendly staff. Dr. John Harris did a great job with the surgery! I hope I never need another surgery but if I do I’ll go back to Methodist in Mansfield.
The worst experience ever being at a hospital. I went in for high blood pressure and dizziness. Everyone was nice except his nurse I had. She was horrible. I asked for assistance to the restroom. She didn't want to help. I asked for her name she wouldn't give it to me. I told her I could have fell she said but did you fall, so you're okay. I asked the staff what was her name, she yells out don't cause a scene. My blood pressure was checked only once and it was still high. The nursing staff is very efficient and knowledgeable. A family member had emergency surgery there and had to be in inpatient for a couple of days afterwards. The staff was very attentive to his needs and the surgeon on call was great! I was an E-R patient about a year ago and found the staff and doctor excellent. It's a very clean hospital and has been given awards.
