Extremely rude emergency room nurses..go across the street to chi and get treated with respect..stay away from this shit hole
Slowest hospital I've ever seen brought my fiance in cuz she busted her knee open and still 7 hours later not stitched up before hand there wasn't one in the er when we got there I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone
TERRIBLE, so terrible they have to force you to put a one star instead of a zero star but this is a zero star review before you get any further into this. The young front desk lady was so awfully mean, giving attitude to people who are in pain and just want to be sent back to a room, she was rolling her eyes, and giving more than enough people in the waiting room dirty looks, she made sure her name tag was flipped over. Took our son in around 3pm it's now 6:15 I ran home to let the dogs out and come back. I called my wife she came out to get me and take me to the room. Once there a nurse came in and said only one visitor in the room. Really. We're not visiting we are mom and dad. Never in my 62 years on this earth have I herd of such a thing. Next time we go elsewhere. Don't come here.
I was at the emergency room regarding my son and my husband went home real quick to take care of our pets and according to information found he can have 2 to 3 support people and when my husband came back I went out and got him and brought him to the room and within 5 to 10 mins a staff member came in and send can only have 2 when I pointed out there was only 2 she them changed it to 1!!!
