Disappointed. I made an appointment a month ago and just now received a call to say that it need to be re-scheduled 10 days prior to the appointment and the re-schedule is pushing it out 2 months further. Nice enough staff on the phone but poor service in regard to a patients health.
We choose this place every time, always quick and we love Julijana! The whole staff is always pleasant 💕
I literally do not understand why this place still exists. Any time I or members of my family have gone here for care we've been told there is nothing they can do and referred to the emergency room at St Mary so that we can be extorted out of prohibitive amounts of money. Just another shining beacon of America's broken, predatory healthcare system.
Julijana is the absolute best doctor out there! She goes above and beyond. My son has been to this office on multiple occasions and doesn't want to see or go anywhere else. Her knowledge and explanation is top notch. The entire staff is friendly and that's hard to come by nowadays. I will recommend Julijana to family, friends, and anyone that I cross paths with. Thankyou so much!!
Julijana and her staff were able to guide me through a frustrating process and get me into receive to the proper treatment for a tonsillar abscess that I have been dealing with for about a week and a half. I cannot express how thankful I am for the time spent with me, her ability to listen, and her simple CARE of patients. I could have easily been left in pain over the holiday and that was simply not good enough for Methodist. Thank you so much, happy holidays.
