I'm so hurt, disgusted and furious with this place ,I have so so many issues,my daughter passed away in this hospital one minute a doctor is telling me n my daughter that she will be ok but that it take a lot of nursing n in like 10 min she is rushed to ICU n that her liver is not good n her blood was toxic n they tried every thing the past week . I'm going to find out the truth with my lawyer.

Yesterday was the Worst experience I have had at Stone Oak or any Methodist Hospital. I have a rare autoimmune disease and a month ago I was in Methodist-Atasoca with pneumonia. I woke up yesterday with a 104.7 fever in the middle of the night. I waited for my husband to get off work to drive me the 2 hours to Stone Oak because of my long history. Horrible double standard Policies extremely Unconcerned and inconsiderate staff. Hospital staff should be trained on how to deal with patients and visitors and emotional states.

Visitor check-in staff is extremely rude and inconsiderate. Total disregard for visitors emotional state. Hospital implemented visitor regulations but makes exceptions based on who’s is working or how they are feeling. Like a weird power trip for minimum wage workers.

I would advise the hospital to get rid of ER Dr. Gutierrez. I had back surgery at Downtown Methodist. After a few days I went to the surgen’s office for a checkup. I left the surgeon’s office and drove home. Upon arriving at my house I got out the vehicle and I felt a sharp pain in my back. I thought I just moved wrong because I was still healing. Beware before you use bank draft to pay for services. A month later they deducted another $187 from my account without telling me. After I had already paid them. I guess they think everyone is rich like them. Beware!!!!!!! I very ugly surprise.

Our daughter was seen in the ER last night by Dr. Stupid! We have to remember some people are good test takers. Dr. stupid informed us that our daughter wasn’t going to die today and to follow up with her primary care doctor. She did not exam her or speak to her. Read a few lab results and said you have “Gerd”. The good news is we have an incredible family doctor who is now overseeing her care. She is getting the imaging and testing needed along with great patient care. Don’t take your loved ones to this hospital. Dr. Stupid... read more

My family and I have used this hospital for yrs. My wife was admitted a few days ago. I have never been so disrespected by the "professional s"@ this hospital. I was verbally insulted and spoken to as if I didn't know what I was talking about. I am one of many

I went to the er today at about 6am for heart palpitations I was so cared for by the tremendous staff and doctor in the emergency room it was totally a great experience in my time of need all testing was explained to me in regards to my condition all said and done I was discharged by the doctor and a fantastic nurse Julia who were sensational to me in getting me back to my car safely god bless the wonderful staff and this great facility
