I had both my babies here but my second was born on Black Friday this past year 11/29/19. Our labor and delivery nurse Katie was hands down the most calming and helpful healthcare professional I’ve ever encountered. She truly made the biggest difference in my labor and delivery experience and I hope she knows how amazing she is at her job. Quit "cherry-picking" patient's and "firing" those who don't agree with your doctors. >:(

They don't listen to patient's concerns; how can a patient be an advocate for themselves when the doctor frowns on it?

I'm not happy about being robo called and waiting 20 minutes for a real person to come on so that they can tell me I owe them $40. This happens at the same time that I wait a few weeks for a doctor's office to call me to allow me to make an appointment even though I've given them all the paper work and medical files they've asked for.
my mom used to work there, my son was born there. top notch hospital top notch doctors,surgeons etc. I would recommend MHS to anyone and everyone.
