Not much confidence here with this agency, the last nurse to come brought "assistance" because a bad back. When I inquired how my insurance was covering two nurses for each visit they began to backtrack and make excuses, and instead of a visit that day I got a discharge notification. Wouldn't recommend this agency, don't need anyone who's worse off than me.
