Have no complaints. Very attentive to their patients.
Not had my baby yet but have spent plenty of time here with preterm labor. Nursing staff have all been amazing and supportive. I could not ask for a better service and am looking forward to having my baby there when it is his time!
My mother was hospitalized numerous times over the last 3 decades. Between her Medicare and excellent secondary insurance, she never owed a penny - except to this hospital. Stone Oak Methodist did not bill her secondary insurance. I have called and sent letters. They would not talk with me because I was not my 98 year old deaf mother. I am not sure why they would not answer my letters or send an itemized bill. Now the bill is being sent to collection. It is like dealing with a vacuum.
Excellent!! Excellent!! Excellent!! In all means!!!
