I cannot say enough how much I appreciate Dr. Gonzales. She is kind, empathetic, responsive, and never makes me feel judged or uncomfortable. The office is nice and clean and miraculously accepts my horrible low cost insurance. Dr. Gonzales lets me know about low cost options that work with my limited budget and always tells me the cost of procedure before we do anything. I always have a great experience here and would recommend them to anyone. The NP, Valerie Gonzales, is awesome and so knowledgeable. I really appreciate how she takes the time to listen and explain things in a way that actually makes sense. I asked her about my specific issues and needs, and she walked me through the why and how behind managing them, which made me feel confident and supported.
