Customer service is seriously lacking. Y'all realize you're dealing with people's lives, right? It shouldn't take 2 weeks for a referral to see a specialist for an urgent matter. It shouldn't take call after call for days with no call back. My husband is an existing patient, he's been seeing you for a while now. You know what he lives with every day and yet, we're just another number. Dr. Dodge is wonderful, but I'm deeply saddened by the patient experience due to his staff.

This office is fantastic. They respond quickly and with so much kindness. I was unsure about what my insurance would cover and Cassie at the front desk went above and beyond to help me figure it out. I saw Robin Isaacks. She was great! Very knowledgeable and easy to talk to!
