RecommendedHell to da No!!! Very rudes nurse!!!! They give you the run around!!! Actually tell to stop calling, hung up on you as well!! Very insensitive nurse with attitudes!! This is putting in nicely!!
The customer service is awful here.my first visit I was not impressed there was a lady with her elderly mother with Alzheimer’s she had a time keeping her mask on I know with Covid the staff and patients need to be protected they asked them to leave . Instead of offering accommodations or try to help the lady. I had an appointment 2nd visit they cancel my appointment because I didn’t take the medicine they prescribed me, said if was not there problem if I didn’t read their policy. RecommendedWe are forever grateful for the staff at Methodist Charlton. Beginning Friday night November 6th-Thursday night November 26th(Thanksgiving), our family witnessed the hard work along with love and care of my sister. Special emphasis on the Intensive Care Unit just to name a few Joy,Jennifer,Alex,Andrew,Ro,Angela Kevin and Brenda were awesome to have caring for her. Every time we come here we have the most difficult time. Staff need to realize that patients can hear you when you're in the hall talking. To say that this pt needs imaging but you're not going to take him until after halftime is unacceptable. I had to come in here and ask for the charge nurse and patient advocate before they bothered to finally give my husband for pain. If you can... go somewhere else.

RecommendedI had an emergency c section in January and hermitages after and I can’t say enough about how good the experience was here. Dr. Misamore is absolutely amazing!!!

Don’t recommend simply because my friends son has covid AND pneumonia, and they are making him sit in the waiting room with every other person there... Why is he not in a room isolated from every other person? About 15 people are being exposed to covid and pneumonia right now due to him sitting in the waiting room. This medical center needs to do better. If covid is as bad as y’all say it is, get that boy AWAY from everyone else. He needs to either wait in his vehicle or in a separate room. You just put many other people at ... read more
