The doctors at this location are nice but as of recently; I have had a completely horrible experience with this organization/office. They take months to reply to your concern and do not pick up the phone. The codes that were sent to my insurance needed to be changed to be covered and everyone was giving me the run around. I completely reached my deductible and out of pocket expenses due to surgeries but was billed because Methodist did not want to change a code.
