I can’t rate the doctor because I’ve never had the chance to meet her. It took me 2 months to have a new patient appointment. I was never giving a reminder call, but luckily I did remember and I showed up. Turns out the doctor wasn’t even there that day. I had to PROVE to the receptionist that I never received a phone call or an email. We reschedule a month later same thing never got a call and when I called to verify if I did truly have an appointment with the doctor, no one answered the phone. If this review was based on the professionalism and bedside manner of Dr. Oholendt, I would give the review 5 STARS. But it's not. The support staff (Referral Dept, Customer Service, etc...) is completely incompetent. If you call the main number you'll get a recording directing you to a mailbox that doesn't tell you who or what it's for. Rarely will you get someone to actually call you back. And the Referral Dept is horrible. I tried for weeks to get a referral for a GI specialist and nobody followed through on this for me a... read more
Why isn't anyone picking up the phone, I've been calling for 2 days and left 4 messages and not anyone has gotten back to me with a solution. This is unacceptable.
I call to see about getting into Dr. because I’m sick. She comes back with July. We are in March. By then I will be hopefully healed or dead. What happened to Dr. and the oath to take care of the sick? Mind boggled as to if you hear I’m sick because my voice isn’t even there why would you guess July, Brianna?
Dr. O is both my and my daughter’s primary care physician. He is second to none. He spends so much time with us and answers any question we might have. His team is also very responsive on MyChart if we ever have a question between appointments. The staff, Kelly especially, are just as patient and caring. Can’t recommend this office enough!
