I have not had many good recommendations about Charlton in the past. But having my surgery there yesterday and my blood transfusion on Monday I was really happy with the nurses that I had. Everyone seemed really nice and what I really appreciate is the facility. My first few nurses were fantastic and my doctor of course was amazing. I was happy with my stay there and I feel a little bit better about this Hospital than I used to.
They don't care about people being in pain! I just had to suffer through it. The only thing this hospital has going for them is fast service! �
I went in for chest pains at one I didn't get discharged til 9pm.the staff was good they just took too long.
I like the hospital because everybody's kind and they help with everything that's wrong with you
Worst hospital. Just want to give drugs to people. Dont make sure u can take it or not. Just giving out pain meds. Everybody in the lobby was doped up. Needed dialysis told me i didnt look sick. Well damn i was there 9 hrs in the lobby. Left there went to parkland got dialysis. Crazy ass people there. They will kill someone. Unprofessional not clean not courteous at all.
Although the staff was compassionate and friendly, the amount of time it took to get a room was a rediculous 12 hours. We were being told they were waiting on a room, however, when they got my husband a room, both the ER and cardiac care blamed each other for the amount of time it took and the floor was mostly empty rooms. This should NOT be standard practice at ANY hospital!
Trash! Everything about this place is TRASH! just left 15 min ago seeing about my sick 6 year old. The doctor rushed us without properly examining him. So i requested through her nurse that she come back in and i explain to her again whats wrong and she take her time. The nurse got mad! Really?! My kid, my insurance! Lazy
This hospital took amazing care of my boyfriend who came down with a serious bacterial throat infection in June. The doctors and nurses were knowledgeable, very nice, and attentive. The hospital itself was very clean and pretty facility.
