The doctors at this location are nice but as of recently; I have had a completely horrible experience with this organization/office. They take months to reply to your concern and do not pick up the phone. The codes that were sent to my insurance needed to be changed to be covered and everyone was giving me the run around. I completely reached my deductible and out of pocket expenses due to surgeries but was billed because Methodist did not want to change a code. Mansfield Methodist emergency room is horrible!! The doctors do not listen to the patients. I went into the emergency room with a broken arm and sick from pain meds. After $12,000 of unnecessary testing, a misdiagnosis claiming that I needed emergency gallbladder surgery, then slamming me with morphine, (The ambulance assist, Henry, put his foot in front of the wheel stopping the gurney in the doorway of the emergency room because of the way I reacted from the morphine he wasn’t taking me out of that room and having me ov... read more

We've been Patients in the MethodistNetwork for over 20yrs .We have remained in-network, even with our last 2 Doctors retiring. We've always received compassionate care, respectful interaction & comfort in knowing that our Dr cared about us as human beings. That changed with our most recent move to Dr. Eric Beadle. This clinic doesn't even deserve a one star! This clinic is very unprofessional and gives out wrong appointment times. Then they have the nerve to tell my friend that she was late (15 minutes) and did not have time to fill out the paperwork. It's the worst clinic ever! They need to remove the front staff with a more friendlier and welcoming staff that has empathy for their high risk women who are pregnant. I will never recommend this clinic!
