So I was actually here for an emergency room visit, and the amount of disrespect I had afterwards was insane and I would never recommend anybody to ever come here ever again.

Encountered a nurse with a power complex. 4/19/25, about 5:30 pm- 9th floor, Alkek, cardio, intermediate care. Went to visit a loved one, this one nurse asked me a million questions as if she was related to the patient before telling me I wasn't allowed to visit because the patient was in isolation. Enjoyed my hospital stay. Amazing ER team, great observations unit nurses and the food services staff were great. I was a patient for 3 days and all testing went smooth until I had a pet scan. The Cardiac Pet Scan team was a nightmare! They were totally unprofessional, unethical, rude, and disrespectful.
