We are deeply disappointed in the care my friend received during her hospitalization at Houston Methodist. She was admitted with severe, intractable abdominal and pelvic pain. Imaging repeatedly confirmed significant pelvic pathology, including large fibroids and fluid in the fallopian tube. The pictures attached are how I found my husband's room today. I also want to bring your attention to several issues we have ran into with the staff. While in ICU nurse Jada refused to clean him when he soiled himself, nurse Yina had no patience for him and nurse Carmela was rude and basically ignored him. Nurse Brenda and Nog in the Alkek wing are a joke and really should choose a different profession. I am posting because I am so bewildered. My son was admitted with a stroke into a Methodist Hospital that specializes in heart and stroke care. We all know when you have a major medical event one of the first things your doctor says to use you have to change your diet. I walked in to find my son with the food cart next to him and what was he served for lunch a big plate of french fries topped off with a cheese quesadilla.
