The facility is new and very attractive. It offers multiple amenities, such as coffee, shops, etc. It also provides very comfortable accommodations for family members who are accompanying the patient. Each and every representative of Methodist that I encountered went out of their way to introduce themselves, explained their role relative to the procedure, and to answer any questions I might have. I called to make an appointment. I was asked to dial option 9 for Spanish, and someone who only spoke English answered. When I asked for help in Spanish, he rudely told me that no one would help me in Spanish and hung up on me twice. I found it very rude of him, especially since this hospital does provide care in Spanish for scheduling appointments. They should hire educated people who do their jobs well.
I believe this is one of the best hospitals in the region. From my experience everyone including the reception staff, nurses, doctors and even the public security officers were extremely helpful and caring. One of my colleagues had an emergency situation and the response was outstanding. The ambulance service arrived very quickly and by the time we reached the hospital everything was already arranged.
