My surgeon was great, my nurses post op were wonderful, but so many dark deep purple bruises solely from positioning after anesthesia makes me want to get on the table myself. I worked in the OR as a scrub tech I know what finger bruises on a patient look like. Waiting rooms for family are extremely old and worn as well as uncomfortable. I'll stay with memorial on 99 had 2 procedures there and none of the problems. I wish my post op RNs as well as my surgeon would go there.

The patient relations department especially starting with mr. Christian v needs restructuring in order for the future of patient care and patient relations to improve within this Hospital. This use to be one of the best Hospitals in texas now its not even a shadow of what it used to be. They tried to kill my friend and when he spoke up the manager basically said we didn't do anything wrong and bad the patient for asking for clarification.

My mother passed away here, and the Dr is refusing to sign off on her death certificate, it’s been 25 days now and we can not have my mom cremated. You know who you are Dr Kahn, granted he didn’t call her time of death it was his PA, she neither wanted to sign off on my mom’s death certificate, why? Yall are the ones that’s decided it was best to put her in Hospice. 🤨

I will NEVER forgive this hospital for what they did to my dad. He died of sepsis last year from this hospital's lack of care for him. The nurses never bothered to turn him over that's why he developed a bedsore and it eventually got infected and went to his bloodstream. They just look at their phones the entire shift and don't care about their patients.
