I have been a Methodist patient since 2003. Never have I felt so lost as this past year. As I sit here at M200 Dunn Tower Radiology waiting for a biopsy. The Executive offices right down the hall, I want to go so bad to truly give them a PIECE OF MY MIND. It just seems that I am being kept sick and Methodist needs to go back to PRACTICING MEDICINE and stop TRYING TO LEAD IT. You can attempt to lead and fail (the patient) both. The night time nurses are very rude.They get upset if you ask questions on how they do things. Jacqueline(Jackie) very Rude, terrible attitude.She clearly didn’t want to do her job.she came to give me my insulin 1hour and 30 minutes late.labertha very rude.She got an attitude because I asked for clarification on why I was she was giving me another IV.I told her I was in pain,she didn’t acknowledge it.She waited until I called a family member to explain what was happening,and begin to explain while I was talking to them.I too... read more
Came to the ER @3:50pm 5/18. I'm a spinal cord injury patient with a stage 4 pressure sore that has recent become inflamed and very painful.( if you don't know it's a wound usually caused from extended stagnant lack of movement, and is down to the bone). I've repeatedly told them from the time I got in until as late as 1:44am. Now around 9:51pm all my tests were done and th only information that both a DR and several nurses told me was you have an infection!!! Ma'am I could guessed that much myself. Was at the methodist emergency center staff was amazing the treat me with first class service was tehir for kidneys and a very bad infection i been to many hospitals out of state and i have to say the methodist hospital was hands down the best keep up your amazing services to your patients thank you
