Horrible experience! I recently got admitted for an open heart surgery.. The doctors were great and surgery went well but had horrible experience with post care and nursing .. one of the worst hospital for patient care and was in contact with some rude and uncaring nurses .. one of them even trying to blame me for threat when I asked her why she forget to give me medicine .. this hospital needs help in nurse training and better staff .. very scary and horrible experience is what I had .
Dr Jason Auehro my orthopedic surgeon who did my foot surgery is amazing. He is one of the best surgeons and doctors I have ever encountered. My foot surgery was a success and now I am seeing another surgeon who is Dr Freyvert and also a doctor who I am very well pleased with that is operating on my lumbar spine next week. He also is also similar with Dr Auehro very knowledgeable, caring and kind with excellent bedside manners and one of the best neurosurgeons as well. Amazing hospital, most caring, advanced. They treat you like a family
I work for law enforcement and called to obtain a bit of information regarding my client, after the clients nurse refused to speak with me over the clients cell phone and provide assistance and help, I called the main number. Every single person I spoke with over the phone on the main line from the operator to the nurse who provided the personal care for the client was EXTREMLY RUDE, impatient, had horrible attitudes and acted as though they had no patience answer simple questions.
