I have had three surgeries in the last couple years with the Methodist orthopedic team led by Dr. McCullough. Each time the surgery has been fantastic and no issues. Incredible facility and prep and recovery teams l, and healing is accelerated because of all of the excellent kindness and competency.
One star for the excellent care that was given to my father in the ICU. -3 stars due to the liver team taking him off Plavix, which ultimately led to his death 11 months after his transplant. I’m posting here because I am an ICU nurse, and I know there will be no repercussions nor accountability for the doctors that killed my dad. Strong work, I guess. Waste of a liver, waste of a life.
I was a sitter for a patient in the IMU and I just wanted to say that the staff was amazing! There were two special nurses that I wanted to give a shout out to, nurse Ashley and nurse Astrid from the morning shift. They were so sweet and phenomenal! Thank you for your care!
