The people in the lab suite #523 never answer the phone. Additionally the technicians didn't even know how to do a basic throat swab and one of them couldn't do it without gagging. I am still waiting after 4 hours for my Rapid Strep test which should take 15-30 minutes. Instead I get to melt and potentially lose another day of work during my busiest week. This is "leading the world in medicine". Do better Methodist.
I had a very negative experience during my visit, mainly because of a nurse named Angelina. Her behavior was extremely unprofessional from the moment she walked in. Instead of focusing on my care or even speaking to me respectfully, she spent most of the time complaining to me about her personal life.. Angelina came across as distracted, irritated, and completely uninterested in providing proper patient care. Methodist Hospital has saved my life about 4 times. They also saved my parents during COVID. It is a great hospital system. I owe them my life.
