I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Melissa, a customer service representative. She treated me courteously and was able to assist me. What a great, concientious company!
We like lavender smell. So we bought 2 of the method. Hand pump soaps for the home and the soap smelt phenomenal. But the pump that you have put on there is very difficult to use. It has a lot of resistance in it, so we probably will not be buying them anymore
I keep telling people that I am not brand loyal to any product, but then for the last decade or so I have kept coming back (well, mostly) to Method's gel hand wash and all-surface cleaner like a good little obedient consumer. My only gripes (minor ones) about the product is the wash seems no longer available in Free and Clear (no added colors or fragrances, which is why I came to Method ) and finding it consistently. I just bought Foaming Hand Wash refill and is not like what I've used from method in the past. It now is Very Watery. I am very disappointed. . I have used this product in the past (several years) and been very satisfied but I purchased this one that looks the same but it is not the same. I am very disappointed!
