I've tried a lot of workouts over the years, but Method Lagree is on another level. This method challenges every muscle in a low-impact, joint-friendly way that still leaves me shaking (in the best way).Kim our teacher, is so motivating , knowledgeable and makes sure our form is always on point. The studio is very very clean and the vibe is so fun and positive. I have the very best time and I DO NOT ENJOY WORKING OUT... But this,,,is my happy place.. Thank you kim for making me feel part of the family..
