I've been attending classes at Method Lagree for over 4 years with Kim and I couldn't imagine training anywhere else. The results, with consistency, are unbeatable. I always leave with a full body, intense workout. Every muscle group is worked, and my core and back strength have improved significantly since starting classes with Kim. I would absolutely recommend this studio for those seeking impactful Lagree training!
There is simply no substitute for experience! Kim delivers expert Lagree sequences for maximum effectiveness. A stickler for correct form, Kim deliberately keeps class sizes small to best provide for safe practice and optimal results, and she can readily provide modifications for individual clients if needed. I've tried a lot of workouts over the years, but Method Lagree is on another level. This method challenges every muscle in a low-impact, joint-friendly way that still leaves me shaking (in the best way).Kim our teacher, is so motivating , knowledgeable and makes sure our form is always on point. The studio is very very clean and the vibe is so fun and positive. I have the very best time and I DO NOT ENJOY WORKING OUT... But this,,,is my happy place.. Thank you kim for making me feel part of the family..
