RecommendedThis morning, I had the pleasure of being worked on by Bobby for the first time. I was recommended to Method Health Center by a friend, as I just moved from NY about two months ago. All I can say is thank you to Bobby, endlessly. I have never had such a therapeutic massage in that I left completely relieved. With telling him where my pain was stemming from, he worked on the exact parts needed. I’m astounded and so so so thankful. Thank you for making me so comfortable-I can’t wait to come back.
RecommendedKelly and Troy do an AMAZING job tending to patients using various Holistic methods. Dry needling is an immediate fix for trigger point release in muscles, and my weekly adjustments keep my wellness maintained. I've gotten regular adjustments for the last 10 years, and this place is the BEST.

I waited far too long after moving to find a new chiropractor and massage therapist, so now that I’ve seen Kelly for massage and Troy for a chiropractic visit I had to share my experience.
