Poor customer service from receptionist Daisy & clover renick I will never come back with my family 0 stars.
We love Method! Been going there for years to see Clover, who is amazing at cut and colour. The salon is clean, fun, kind professional and always fair.
Clover is an absolute wizard. She so intelligent and funny and fun to talk to. She made the time go by quick AND She is a master at color! She corrected my color and blended the highlights in exactly like I wanted and explained everything to me through every step to make sure it was exactly how I wanted. Highly recommend her!
I love Method Salon. Located in East Austin on E. 4th St. located on a corner surrounded by windows it’s such an inviting location. It’s bright and the energy within is so pleasant and the vibe so welcoming. It’s been around for years offering a touch of class with that old Austin vibe. Everyone is so sweet and engaging. Charlee was a gem. I haven't been able to come back to Method Hair in almost 3 years (lots of life changes), but after having a baby and getting ready to go back to work from maternity I made it a point to get my hair done and was happy to see that Charlee was still there. My experience was amazing before I even walked through the door as she recognized me while I was crossing the street and led me into the salon.
