Metcap is the worst landlord I've had in my 47 years of being a tenant. Head office rarely responds to emails and telephone messages are never returned. 96 Jameson avenue in Toronto has had ongoing roach and mice infestations. Bed bugs was always another complaint by many tenants.Topping it off, when I moved in 16 years ago I had to pay $50 for a front door fob and $10 for a laundry card. mouse in this building. i made a maitenance request for pest control but no proper respose. mouse start coming into my apartment. please be careful.
Stay away don’t come to this building the management is ever rude don’t listen to you they don’t care about anything if you asked them to fix something in your house they don’t do it and people in office is every rude this building has lots of cockroaches and mice
