I was a tenant here recently for 4 years. The bad reviews I would say all were when the old manager was there, John. I moved in when he was manager and he actually made me clean my own unit. I was there when the new manager Nicolle took over and everyone noticed the difference right away. She's the person to talk to when you need something! She even helps some of the tenants with rides in the winter to get their kids to and from school if the weather is bad. She honestly helps everyone. Best person they could have hired.
Was looking for apartments and was introduced to Nicolle the building manager over the phone and then met in person to view an apartment she had available. Nicolle was super friendly and inviting. She made me feel so comfortable and answered all my questions I had for her. Super friendly and we laughed alot! The building was clean and well taken care of and the apartments itself are really nice and cozy! Highly recommend renting from 666 king street east.
I see there are some bad reviews but I just recently visited this building and it was very clean. I spoke with Nicole the manger, she was absolutely lovely and so helpful. She gave us an application and also information for some resources we needed. She wrote down everything exactly that we needed and made it super easy for us. I highly recommend speaking to her if you visit here.
I have called and left multiple messages to come and view an apartment that is available online. No one ever gets back to me. This is disappointing as my husband and I are looking for a place to move to.
