24 Ida street USED to be good. It is full of bed bugs, cockroaches, rats, people who don’t understand that some choose to have dogs over kids, neighbours are incredibly ignorant, and overall the worst 8 months of my life living there again. I had no choice to move back to this building because most places wouldn’t accept my dogs, it was also on the cheaper end of $1900 for a TWO BEDROOM. Cockroach and mice infested. Not worth the rent. The property managers do not care about the tenants. They claim the building was dirty because of old management but even the new management is just as bad. Worst place to ever call a home. AVOID AT ALL COST
