Dylan and the guys at Metastone gave us a fair offer for our house, and negotiated with transparency and integrity. Once we accepted their offer, they took care of everything. We were able to close quickly and save a lot in fees and commission. It was a pleasure doing business with Dylan.
Metastone - withholds your deposit for items that are not true. We had the carpets professional cleaned and they withheld $125.00.
I have been renting from metastone since Feb ish 2021. They have been great at fixing things in a timely manner and making sure things work well when the seasons change. The maintenance guy Rick has been so nice to us and treats my son like his own. Also are neighbors have become like a second family. Renting from metastone feels like family. Highly recommend renting from them. Needs are always taken care of.
They are the best I've ever rented from. The owner of my apartment building is very nice and gets things done. I highly recommend renting from them. To add more about a week ago my air conditioner wasn't working and the very next day it was fixed. I also had a problem with rent. Josh spent many hours fixing the problem. I've never had such service before.
