One of the best in water fitness programs. This program is adaptable to any fitness level and most physical disabilities/injuries. It is a program that can be done with friends or individually all you need is water, fins, a kick board or noodle. Come and learn the program and tone your body.
I have been doing MetAqua, twice weekly, for a few years and can’t recommend it enough. It is not only beneficial to the body but also the mind. Sally sets a program that suits each persons individual needs and keeps us motivated. Thank you Sally.
Metaqua is great!!! Whenever I can, for many years now, I have been attending a weekly Metaqua class with Sally. Participants don’t have to be great swimmers, as with flippers and kickboards, you can’t go wrong. Sally books the lanes, so therefore there is no problem to find a spot to swim. The exercise is gentle on the body, however, you can really push yourself harder if you so desire, and the company is excellent. Thanks Sally.
