I had an appt on their books for several weeks. I showed up at the required time and was told they've treated me in the past (which couldn't be further from the truth) and could no longer see me. Unbelievable! BEWARE!
Okay first problem was I had to have four referrals and then call them just to get an appointment. Then I get messages on appointments that are even schedule. Then they give me a list of shots they're going to do and they don't do the right ones in the right order. Then I miss my appointment because I was having withdrawals and I called him on Monday morning not on Sunday when they're closed and then I missed another day and they kicked me out you guys are so awesome so loving
I've been going here for a long time and find the staff Danyelle (front desk representative) and DJ (the person who takes your vitals and ask the medical questions before seeing the provider) very nice and helpful. They are lucky to have them working there and the patients are lucky too. Since the virus they have been doing my appointments via on-line called Telemedicine and it's been convenient and much easier than I thought it would be.
