I ordered a ring in February but unfortunately never received it. In March I reached out for an update on the order and they said it would be packaged soon. The ring did not arrive and I have not received any additional updates. I sent an email in April asking for an update but did not receive a response.
Sarah was amazing to work with. I looked over her existing stock and found a piece that I thought my significant other would like, with a few minor exceptions. Sarah said “no problem” and custom made an earring set for me. Through a bout with COVID AND the recent wind storm, she still managed to get my order to me before Christmas! I can’t thank her enough!
Sarah's work is detailed and meticulous. I have bought pieces from her, and also had a necklace repaired. I am sorry that her shop is so far away now, but happy that I can still shop online! Highly recommend her pieces and repair services.
Every interaction with Sarah has been a joy. I recently asked if Sarah could repair a few pieces and they both were fixed, shined up, and returned with care and respect. They were also quoted fairly and she even refunded me when the estimate for work was over what the actual cost of materials and labor happened to be.
