Metals in Time went above and beyond in their service to me when they fixed my engagement ring. The ring had broken along the place where it had been resized and originally they were just going to solder it back together and re-round the ring. They ended up replacing the entire shank for no extra charge, and now my ring looks almost better than it did new!
