Very bad service. I had my order and deposit money for 2 years. They keeping my deposit and never come to work on the project. I went to they office and call but they ignored me. What a stupid company that I get myself in to it.
My story is very very long but I will shorten it down to the basic highlights. I used metals direct because I know Mark the owner and thought it would be the friendly thing to do. Metals Direct"s contractor forman had difficulty reading a tape measure and Metals Direct did not know how to work effectively with the county building department so I had to fire them as the contractor and hire a outside contractor. Good team of installers... They worked through the snow to get her done. Great quality of building.
Called and talked with Dan, he said he could do my order, no problem, faxed it over. Called 3 days later, Dan said he lost my order, faxed it again. Called the next week to check on the order, left message for Dan. Called 3 days later to find out what's going on, left another message for Dan. Talked to the receptionist, Dan was busy again. I told her to tell Dan to call me and let me know what was going on. Receptionist calls me back in about 20 minutes and tells me Dan said they can't do the order. Dan sucks!
The most professional suit I've ever been involved with, and am glad that I am part of the metals direct family! Great work guys!!
