What an absolutely awful company. Mark the GM is angry, defensive, and Eric the sales rep was also caustic, lazy, lied about what was in stock and refused to take back what he fraudulently sold me. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!
The team at Metals Direct was great! Each different crew that came out we're fantastic. John and crew for concrete and building layout, Shane and crew who built it and Scotty and crew from Livingstone Electric... Excellent! Inside we worked with Erik (sales) and Yesha (follow through of the job)...again fantastic. Like any big job not everything went smoothly but any issue was addressed immediately. We love our building!!! Thanks Metals Direct.
