This is our second year using MetalPromo for our yearly Fiesta medal and they were a great hit! The quality is nice and light, not too heavy. The price can't be beat! They did an amazing job, and Mary Ann was a phenomenal help with the communication, and process. They also had them to us in a greatly timely matter and right on time of our deadline. Other companies were quoting 3 times more with a 6 month in advance turnover. Thanks again to MedalPromo for your great work once again!

This firm would get negative stars if they existed. They gave me 2 estimates and at time of ordering they suddenly raised the price $150.00. To resolve the situation they offered me a 5% discount ($40.00). AVOID THIS FIRM. They are not transparent. There is no 100% customer satisfaction. They are not reputable.

Revised review. This revision is done because the company has come through and taken care of the problem, and done a good job replacing the product. I want to thank the staff for working with us and our satisfaction. Initially, I gave the business one star because the product I received left a lot to be desired. See comments below. Beware. What was given as proof and approved, and what was delivered are different. See pictures. I can understand some small differences but these are beyond acceptable. Color is way off and coin looks beat up based on rough edges. Color and roughness issues. Both make it look like cheap, substandard coins. Owner is correct. I contacted customer service. Summary of their response is: "It is what it is, and what is going to be."
