Been doing busy with metal max for 15 years now and not once ever had a problem, helpful staff and always willing to do whatever it takes to make the customers happy.

Not too happy with the customer service here. Started calling on Monday (left a voicemail), Called 5 times on Monday(7/8/24) then again on Tuesday, and finally spoke with someone who got some prices and info. I emailed them the info needed (sent a follow-up email yesterday) and didn't get a response until today when I called to find out he was waiting on the back shop people... then sat on hold for the majority of our 10-minute call.
